On Call: Physicians must be available during the daytime Mon-Fri. After-hours calls are part of a shared after-hours care program (physicians take approx. 1 week of call per quarter). Comments:

Full Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Mandatory

Fair Haven Homes Society is a 101-bed long-term care home supported by three LTCI practitioners. One practitioner is leaving, requiring an additional practitioner to assist with the resident caseload. More information about the care home can be found on their website.
