Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering (or directly related discipline).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial testing, component testing, lab testing or electrical environment.
• Academic courses in the field of testing, automation, controls, signal conditioning or related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Quality: Define and drive factory test requirements for NPI projects and document test procedures.
• Quality: Collaborate with design, test, manufacturing engineering and teams in DFM discussions.
• Quality: Lead root cause investigations for yield escapes and customer returns.
• Quality: Establish SPC and Cp/Cpk frameworks for CTQ parameters.
• Quality: Validate process capability prior to production ramp.

Education
