Job summary

CoolIT, An Ecolab Company in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Factory Test Specialist to ensure the quality and performance of in‑process and finished liquid cooling products through robust factory testing.

You will apply expertise in test processes, sensing, and signal conditioning, drive improvements, collaborate with the factory test team, and help meet financial targets while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial testing, component testing, lab testing or electrical environment.
• Academic courses in the field of testing, automation, controls, signal conditioning or related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Define and drive factory test requirements during New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Document in-process and end-of-line factory test procedures for liquid cooling products.
• Lead root cause investigations for complex yield escapes and customer returns.
• Define and maintain SPC frameworks for critical-to-quality (CTQ) parameters.
• Establish Cp/Cpk capability requirements and validate process capability prior to production ramp.
