Job summary

Katimavik in Saint-Jérôme seeks a Plant Controller to partner with plant operations and drive financial decision-making. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will lead the monthly close, analyze variances, and optimize costs to support production efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA and a university degree, has 5+ years in manufacturing, and is comfortable coordinating with stakeholders across the business in French and English.

Qualifications

• Holds a CPA designation and a university degree in administration, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Excel, especially pivot tables, and able to analyze financial results.
• Experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) is an asset.
• Fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and participating in the monthly closing process and the preparation of financial statements.

Your Role
