Job summary

KATIMAVIK in Centre-du-Québec offers a Hybrid permanent, full-time Financial Controller role. You will manage accounting operations, conduct financial analysis, and supervise a small team under the financial director.

The position provides visibility and real impact within a growing manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have a accounting degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of the full accounting cycle.

We are currently recruiting a financial controller for a well-established manufacturing company in growth in Centre-du-Québec.

Reporting to the financial director, you will play a key role in managing accounting operations, financial analysis, and supervising a small team.

Main Responsibilities

• Take charge of the month-end process (entries, provisions, reconciliations)
• Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial data
• Participate in the implementation of an ERP
• Analyze results and explain variances
