Qualifications

CPA title obtained or in progress.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
Experience in a multi-entity or multi-site environment.
Very good mastery of Excel.
Comfortable with accounting systems and technological tools.
Valid driver's license.
Functional English.
Ability to thrive with multiple files managed simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial statements for several entities.
Participate in monthly and year-end closings.
Analyze financial results and explain variances.
Present financial results to managers and answer questions.
Support operational teams in monitoring financial performance.
Review the accounting cycle and ensure quality of financial information.
Supervise certain activities of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting.
Ensure reconciliation of inventories and balance sheet items.
Prepare files for external auditors.
Collaborate in budgets and monitoring of financial performance.
Participate in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of work methods.
Collaborate with branches to ensure consistency in accounting practices.
Occasionally travel to support teams on the ground.

Your Expertise

CPA title obtained or in progress
