Job summary

Wascana in Saskatoon is seeking a permanent full-time Facility Service Worker to maintain and service Property Management owned spaces, ensuring a safe and productive environment for customers and clients.

Under the direction of the Building Operator, you will perform day-to-day building maintenance and grounds-keeping, assist coworkers with repairs, check life safety equipment readiness, handle client requests, maintain maintenance records, and operate grounds equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day building maintenance and grounds-keeping
• Assisting coworkers with various maintenance repairs
• Ensuring visual life safety equipment is in good operating readiness
• Performing assigned client requests
• Maintaining maintenance records in the maintenance management system
• Operating grounds equipment (manual and powered)
