SummaryResponsible for the day to day operations of one or various facilities, including but not limited to critical infrastructure equipment management, equipment maintenance and repairs, incident management, adherence to company and industry protocols, security management and management of building technicians. Also provides technical direction and consulting services on project as well as capital planning and building operations budget development. The incumbent must ensure that systems are maintained or upgraded to leading best practices and manufacturer's recommendations, responding to system failures thus protecting business operations from interruptions/malfunctions.
