Responsibilities
- Manage repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of company facilities, including building systems, appliances, and outdoor spaces.
- Work with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate facilities services, including custodial, parking, and security services.
- Monitor and manage facility access and safety protocols, including security systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and codes related to building safety and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with end users and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Participate in the development of long-term plans for facility maintenance, upgrades, and improvements.
- Provide regular reports on facility operations, expenses, and project management.
- Manage and monitor office supplies, pantry supplies, and drivers to optimize costs and adhere to client policies.
- Act as a communication bridge between end users and RE global regarding facility requests in Jakarta, Surabaya, and other offices.
- Monitor and manage costs related to facilities, security services, and drivers.
- Review vendor performance for facility services, security, drivers, and receptionists.
- Serve as a single point of contact for facilities, including IT, security, and government bodies.
More about you
- Minimum 5 years of experience in (corporate) real estate, project management, or facilities management in an international environment.
- Experience in stakeholder management, account management, and managing expectations within a matrix management environment.
- Working knowledge of transactions, design, construction management, facilities, and property management.
- Knowledge of financial aspects such as IFRS, lease accounting, NPV, and cash flow.
- Experience in coordinating project teams, preferably in a matrix environment.
- Experience and responsibility in transactions, negotiations, and deal-making, with a strong sense of business integrity.
- Strong business and financial acumen, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with a focus on processes.
- Ability to operate proactively in a dynamic environment.
- Solid analytical and financial skills, with understanding of decisions impacting P&L and balance sheet.
- Ability to drive and create a high-performance culture in the region.
