Lead and motivate your team by providing facilities management and operational expertise at Honeywell. You will ensure that the facility, property and office service functions operate effectively and efficiently. You will provide professional services to operate, renovate and maintain building structure, automation and mechanical systems and equipment while meeting the needs of the building occupants. You will formulate, negotiate, and manage the department's objectives, as well as provide support on strategies and plans to achieve those objectives with the ultimate goal being efficient delivery of maintenance services and supporting energy management initiatives.
You will report directly to our Facility Manager and you'll work onsite out of our Hamilton, Ontario location.Lead facilities management and operational excellence as part of Honeywell's Building Automation team in Hamilton, Ontario, ensuring efficient building services and supporting energy management initiatives.YOU MUST HAVE
- Immunization (including COVID-19 vaccination) as required by the customer and in accordance with the Public Health Act
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years experience with facility maintenance
- 3+ years experience with building automation systems
- 3+ years experience leading a small/medium sized technical unionized team
- 5+ years experience using the Microsoft Suite

- Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements to ensure compliance
