Job summary

Strathcona County is seeking a Facility Asset Management Engineer to help develop, implement and operate our facility asset management program. The role involves lifecycle analysis, data collection, and collaboration with stakeholders to optimize building systems and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in asset management, professional certification, and strong project/contract management skills. 18-month term, on-site role in Alberta.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with required experience in facility asset management.

• Assist with development, implementation and operation of Strathcona County’s facility asset management and life-cycle program.
