Job summary

AgeCare is seeking a maintenance technician in Canada to keep our vibrant seniors communities safe and reliable. You will perform routine inspections, monitor building systems, and drive the preventative care program to preserve comfort and safety for residents.

A post-secondary trades certificate and solid computer skills are required. Candidates should be comfortable using eMaint CMMS and MS Office, with physical stamina to handle lifting and climbing; union status and local hiring policies

Qualifications

• Post-secondary trades certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or building trades.
• High computer literacy with MS Office and building maintenance software.
• Experience using a CMMS (eMaint) for records and contracts.
• Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing efficient building performances.
• Perform regular inspections of the building and components.
• Execute the Preventative, Restorative, Corrective and Capital maintenance program.
