Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical tasks listed.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and minor repairs.
• Assist with installation, relocation and modification of furniture and equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion.
• Ensure building areas and equipment are maintained in good order.
• Inspect for codes and safety compliance.
