Job summary

Knoll in Toronto designs and manufactures products in a vibrant facility. The Facilities Technician maintains HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and safety systems under supervision of the Maintenance WTL, ensuring reliable operations and compliance with standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, ability to operate Reach/Scissor Lifts and Genie Booms, and participation in continuous improvement while training junior staff. Competitive hourly wage and day-one benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with LOTO protocols and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with CMMS and basic MS Office tools.
• Proficient English, detail-focused maintenance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on facility infrastructure.
• Handle day-to-day repairs and emergent facilities issues.
• Operate lifts and assist with equipment relocations.
• Follow ISO SOPs and support continuous improvement.
