Job summary

Canucks Sports & Entertainment in Vancouver is seeking a Project Manager, Facilities Operations to lead building maintenance, infrastructure, and improvements at Rogers Arena. You will coordinate with Arena Operations, Facilities, Building Operations, Finance, and external partners to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The role also supports maintenance activities and requires coordinating with contractors and technical teams to ensure seamless operations around events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, facilities, construction, engineering, building maintenance, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management experience is a strong asset.
• Experience managing projects in an active operating environment and in large venues.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events as needed to support operations.
• Strong PM, scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facilities projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate contractors, trades, engineers, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, budgets, timelines, quality, and deficiencies.
• Coordinate work around the arena’s busy event and operational schedule.
• Ensure project closeout, warranties, and turnover to Building Operations.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and provide updates to leadership.
