Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Porter to maintain cleanliness and appeal within the community. You will perform cleaning of offices, apartments, and common areas, along with basic floor care such as vacuuming and buffing to keep spaces neat and safe.

The role supports maintenance requests and helps preserve outdoor areas around the community. The position requires following training programs, operating basic tools, and adapting to varied schedules.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's using basic units.
• Able to safely use basic maintenance and landscape related hand tools and light power tools.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and common areas in a safe, neat, clean condition.
• Perform floor care for carpet, tile, and wood floors including vacuuming and buffing.
• Compact and remove trash and debris from community areas.
• Maintain grounds including sidewalks and garden areas in a neat condition.
• Notify management of repairs and unsafe conditions promptly.
