Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking dedicated team members to support residents and keep communities clean and well maintained. You’ll provide cleaning, grounds care, and basic maintenance, work across various shifts, and contribute to a safe, attractive living environment.

Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist within a supportive team, with a benefits package including health, dental and retirement savings options.

Qualifications

• Must complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Ability to use basic maintenance and landscape tools.
• Comfort with reading and following safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and common areas.
• Perform floor care for carpet, tile, and wood floors.
• Maintain grounds and exterior spaces to keep them neat and attractive.
• Assist with basic maintenance requests and report safety concerns.
