Qualifications

• Must complete Atria specified training programs.
• Able to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide with 10's and 100's.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Must be able to safely use basic maintenance and landscape-related tools.
• Understanding of English to follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices and community areas.
• Perform floor care services including vacuuming and buffing.
• Compact and remove trash from community areas.
• Maintain all grounds in a neat and attractive condition.
• Notify management of repair needs.
• Report unsafe conditions to the Supervisor.
• Perform basic maintenance related work requests.
• May perform other assigned duties.
