Job summary

Everclean, part of Kandor Management Corp., seeks a Janitorial Services Manager to lead our facilities operations and delivery across client sites. You will oversee planning, staffing, and performance while balancing client needs with safety and quality standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership, travel to sites, and a focus on staff development, budgeting, and continuous service improvement. A strong background in facilities management and cleaning operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A college diploma or vocational certificate in facilities management, business administration is preferred.
• One to less than two years of experience in a similar role in a janitorial service company or facilities management.
• Budgetary responsibility up to CAD$100,000.
• Leadership and supervision of working groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations of janitorial and facilities services across multiple client sites.
• Establish and implement comprehensive policies and procedures for all staff and service delivery operations.
• Ensure consistent quality standards and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Plan and control departmental budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
