About The Role

As a CBRE Account Operations Manager, you will direct and oversee the maintenance management staff and safety programs for small to medium-sized facilities or properties. This role is part of the Contract Quality Management function, responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

Location: Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada

What You’ll Do

1. Supervise employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee hiring processes.
2. Manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
3. Identify sales opportunities and promote organizational capabilities to potential clients.
4. Track vendor performance, verify pricing, and ensure service levels meet standards.
5. Ensure safety and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
6. Develop operational service delivery solutions, including documented playbooks and account plans.
7. Evaluate utility consumption and recommend cost reduction strategies.
8. Monitor maintenance efforts to meet KPIs, conduct client inspections, and address issues.
9. Lead by example, influence stakeholders, and promote CBRE values.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
3. Strong communication skills for handling sensitive information and problem-solving.
4. Leadership ability to motivate teams and improve quality and efficiency.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Organizational skills and a curious mindset.
7. Intermediate math skills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and commissions.
