You will supervise staff, manage schedules, develop training programs, and deliver forecasts and reports to improve financial performance, ensuring compliance and data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities and scheduling.
• Prepare ad hoc financial and performance reports and forecasting.
