YOUR ROLE
Are you someone who thrives on organization and hospitality? We’re seeking a Facilities & Office Coordinator to be the friendly, organized, and reliable presence at our Surrey office.
Your responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls, coordinating tradespeople, handling couriers, and maintaining our kitchens and common spaces. Your attention to detail ensures our office remains welcoming and efficient. You’ll be supported by a team that values positivity and teamwork.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Surrey, BC (Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm).
What To Expect
You will quickly learn the essentials of the role and grow into full responsibilities within 90 days, including managing daily office operations, overseeing facilities maintenance, operating security systems, updating internal documents, and handling office supplies.
YOUR IMPACT
Your work ensures our office operates smoothly, providing a positive environment for everyone. Key contributions include managing communication channels, organizing mail and shipments, supporting meetings, drafting correspondence, assisting with office events, maintaining safety supplies, running errands, and supporting administrative tasks.
THIS IS YOU
You have prior office experience, are proficient with Microsoft Office, possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and are certified or willing to become certified in First Aid. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Your Compensation
The annual salary range is approximately $44,000 - $47,000, based on experience and skills. Benefits, bonuses, and total rewards are part of our package.
