CBRE is seeking a proactive Mobile Technician to support client locations in Calgary, AB. You will perform ongoing facility maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, and handle on-demand repairs across multiple sites as part of a dynamic engineering team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills (percentages, discounts, markups).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing general maintenance on facility infrastructures.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly to exchange information; respond to inquiries or complaints from clients and team members.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
• Deliver outputs by following procedures under supervision.
