The role requires a grade 12 diploma, and a six-month maintenance certificate is preferred. A flexible schedule and willingness to travel are required, with a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum grade 12 diploma required.
• Six-month Building Maintenance and Operations Certificate preferred.
• Willingness to travel to district offices quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the physical condition of agency facilities in Thunder Bay and district offices.
• Report ongoing facility conditions to the Facility Operations Manager.
• Use available resources efficiently to support agency operations.
