Job summary

Cogir Real Estate, LP in Montreal seeks a maintenance-focused professional to lead, supervise and evaluate staff across health service residences. You will participate in committees and help ensure quality care and safe environments for residents.

You will also manage the annual maintenance budget, organize maintenance tasks, and respond to service calls while aligning with strategic goals. A strong teamwork orientation and understanding of business plans are essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend strategic committees headed by regional directors, general directors and responsible for the health services of the private seniors' residences concerned.
• Supervise, hire and evaluate personnel to ensure sufficient numbers of qualified and competent personnel.
• This is a construction responsibility test
• Assist in evaluating and adjusting therapeutic nursing plans (TNPs) for residents requiring special clinical care
• Prepare the annual maintenance budget and ensure its efficient implementation
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
• Make service calls
