We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator(Pharma)in Mississauga, ON (On-site).

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the planning, development, and execution of projects related to facilities, and utilities, in coordination with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
  
• Ensuring reliable operation and maintenance of critical utility systems and support functions.
  
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, including GMP, FDA guidelines, and other applicable industry requirements.
  
• Supporting the qualification of new or modified facilities and utilities to confirm fitness for intended use.
  
• Managing accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including qualification and validation records.
  
• Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and other departments to support operational goals.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
  
• 3-5 years of experience in related fields, particularly in pharmaceutical, F&B, or similar industries.
  
• Previous project management experience in Facilities/Utilities mandatory.
  
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), industry regulations, and validation/qualification procedures.
  
• Strong p roject management, communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
