What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, janitorial services, and groundskeeping
- Maintain and manage preventative maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment
- Collaborate with external contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential improvements
- Coordinate the procurement of quotes from vendors and contractors for facility services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Trade qualification and/or technical diploma, or equivalent facility experience and knowledge
- 1-3 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role
- A combination of experience in facilities management, trades, construction, property maintenance, or project management
- Competency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a police reference check for vulnerable persons
