Job summary

Leggat Auto Group’s Team Honda Powerhouse of Milton is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to lead the finance and insurance desk, structure deals to achieve profitability, and ensure compliance with lender requirements. The ideal candidate has dealership F&I experience, OMVIC certification, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation is commission-based with on-target earnings of CAD 135,000 to CAD 160,000 per year, plus full benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with dealership finance and insurance processes.
• Knowledge of deal structuring and lender requirements.
• Familiarity with vehicle registration and title processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• OMVIC certification (required or must be obtained).
• Valid driver’s licence, where required for job duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financing options and related product offerings to support their vehicle purchase.
• Structure sales transactions to achieve profitability while meeting customer and lender requirements.
• Maintain required knowledge, licensing, and certifications for the role.
• Desk and submit deals to lenders, obtain approvals, and complete transactions.
• Ensure all transactions comply with applicable municipal, provincial, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and review contracts and related documentation.
• Audit completed deals to ensure accuracy and identify process improvements.
• Support timely funding of completed contracts.
