Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join the team at 401 Dixie Kia in Mississauga. This role focuses on selling after-sales products like extended warranty and insurance, and requires ownership of the delivery process from documentation to funding coordination.

OMVIC license and 1–3 years of experience are preferred. The position emphasizes a sales-driven mindset with the ability to coordinate with sales staff and customers for timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Sales and competitive mindset required.
• Proven track record in sales or service.
• OMVIC license required; knowledge of automotive regulations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related role preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail or Canadian market an asset.

Responsabilités

• Sell after-sales products (extended warranty, insurance, etc.).
• Schedule, monitor and control all daily deliveries with sales staff and customers.
• Prepare and document final delivery paperwork (finance contracts, warranties, insurance forms).
• Take ownership of the department, dockets and customer files.
• Manage funding aspects: license fees, down payments, finance and leasing funding.
• Complete all final delivery paperwork accurately and on time.

Pay Rate: Thisrole isCommissionbased.

Responsibilities:

• Sellafter-sales products; i.e. extended warranty, insurance, chemicals, etc.
• Schedule,monitor and control all daily deliveries with sales staff and customers
• Prepareand document any/all documentation for final delivery, i.e. financecontracts, extended warranted contracts, insurance forms, etc.
• Takecomplete ownership of the department, dockets/customer files
• Responsiblefor all necessary and/or related funding; license fees, down payment,finance funding, leasing funding, etc.
• Responsiblefor completion of all final delivery paperwork
