Dilawri Group is actively seeking a Sales Consultant to join the team at 401 Dixie Volkswagen in Mississauga. This role offers commission-based pay and a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction and growth.

You will follow up on leads, meet goals, source new customers, and develop product knowledge through training to deliver an exceptional car-buying experience.

Qualifications

• Negotiation skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience.
• Valid OMVIC License required.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on all leads from multiple sources.
• Meet individual and department goals.
• Promote new business through prospecting and referrals.
• Provide a superior customer experience to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and participate in training.
• Set monthly productivity goals and plan how to reach them.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models.

Responsibilities

• Followup on all leads from a variety of sources
• Meetindividual and department goals
• Promotenew business and contribute to the company’s customer base by sourcing newcustomers through prospecting and referral networks
• Providinga superior experience for our customers in order to exceed theirexpectations
• Demonstratinga high level of product knowledge, including participating in producttraining available
• Setgoals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach thoseobjectives
• Maintainstrong knowledge of all vehicle models
