Job summary

Capilano Suspension Bridge Park in North Vancouver is hiring friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Members to work in Beary Waffles, Loggers' Grill, or The Cabin. You will greet guests, take orders, handle food prep, and help keep venues clean and safe in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

This seasonal role pays $18.25 per hour plus gratuities. Perks include staff meals, store and venue discounts, guest passes, referral bonuses, transit subsidy, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Guest Service experience in a Food & Beverage setting.
• Cashier experience with RTP system is considered a strong asset.
• Food prep and kitchen experience an asset.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide experiences Guests are amazed by.
• Strong oral communication skills, multilingual is considered an asset.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
• Serving it Right certifications and Food Safe Level 1, asan asset.

What You'll Do

• Greet Guests and contribute to a positive experience

Considerations

The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions, as all our quick-serve venues are outdoors. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.While performing the duties of this position, Team Members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time, occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20lbs, and occasionally may be required to lift & climb a step ladder or step stool.

The wage for this role is $18.25 per hour plus gratuities. This is a seasonal position.
