Job summary

West Edmonton Mall Property Inc. operates the World Waterpark and seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the Waterpark outlets and service. This role supports a positive working environment for staff and a safe, enjoyable guest experience.

You will lead staff development, model professionalism, ensure safety standards, and drive quality service, inventory control, and event execution to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within casual service or fast food.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with team leadership.
• Culinary experience in casual service, concession, or fast food is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and staff development to Food & Beverage department in the World Waterpark through effective role modeling and coaching techniques.
• Preparing, serving and selling food and beverage items to guests.
• Overseeing and developing proper food preparation techniques and practices to ensure top food quality and efficient service times for our guests.
• Ensuring the Waterpark Food & Beverage outlets meet cleanliness, liquor control and safety standards.
• Handling guest inquiries and concerns in the absence of WWP Managers.
• Planning and executing Food & Beverage events and catering to maximize revenues and control costs.
• Managing inventory controls and reports, stock rotation, and documentation.
• Placing and receiving orders to keep stock at appropriate levels.
• Other duties as required.
