Job summary

Four Seasons Whistler is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of Braidwood Tavern, Sidecut Restaurant and other F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will train and coach staff, manage service standards, control quality of food and beverage offerings, and collaborate with Restaurant Manager to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in Food & Beverage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and supervise the Food & Beverage division and outlets to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train, lead, motivate and coach staff to meet cultural and standards.
• Manage guest concerns, coordinate with managers, and ensure quality of service.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to maintain labor standards.
• Describe and ensure quality of food, wine and service in an upscale setting.
• Attend regular operations meetings to coordinate between departments.
