Job summary

Pursuit’s Jasper Lodging is seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator to provide centralized administrative, event, financial, and operational support to the F&B team. This role interfaces with Operations, Culinary, Sales, Reservations, Marketing, People Team, Finance, and community partners to ensure accurate communication and strong event execution across properties.

You will help leaders improve efficiencies, ensure reporting accuracy, and uphold Pursuit hospitality standards while coordinating

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Food & Beverage, hospitality, administration, or event experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in programming and report generation.
• Cash handling and reporting experience.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills for training small groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and coordinate internal team communications across Jasper Lodging F&B.
• Assist Operations Managers with onboarding and arrival experiences for new team members.
• Prepare operational, event, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Review guest experience scores and respond to feedback via Medallia or similar platforms.
• Support cash-handling controls and monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain inventory procedures, pricing updates, and beverage inventory.
• Create and maintain BEOs, central pricing, and references for events.
• Coordinate internal bookings, events, promotions, and IBE builds with teams.
• Lead or assist small-group training to reinforce procedures and standards.
