Job summary

LensCrafters in Surrey, BC is hiring a Casual Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships with clients, and achieve daily sales targets. You will develop product knowledge across eyewear trends and provide personalized recommendations.

You'll contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience, operate with integrity, and maintain a clean, engaging store environment while working flexible hours in support of the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable; able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven sales performance and ability to upsell/cross-sell.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients; follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
