Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators.
• Embrace new technology with accuracy.
• Ability to sell through strong sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivation with ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with optical measurements to find the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain attractive, organized displays and inventory.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
