Job summary

LensCrafters in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eyewear shopping experiences. You will help customers select frames, explain lens options, and ensure accuracy of measurements while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
• Ability to sell and meet sales goals with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating customer relationships.
• Utilize prescription knowledge to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in frame selection and ensure proper measurements.
• Conduct measurements with optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and professional relationships with staff and doctors.
