• Attention to detail and basic administrative skills, including handling bookings, documentation, and POS transactions accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting and support optometrists and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in eye care and willingness to learn about frames, lenses, and optical products; prior optical experience is an asset but not required.
• Availability to work part-time, including evenings or weekends as needed, and to be consistently on-site in Richmond, BC.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in retail, healthcare, or optics is beneficial.
