Qualifications

• Proven history of good attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safe practices.
• Basic reading, writing, and math competency.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Capable of understanding work instructions and safety documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality of the extruded product and its packaging.
• Operate extrusion machinery and perform set-ups, changeovers, adjustments, and basic paperwork.
• Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure proper startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
• Monitor multiple machines to ensure high-quality production with minimal downtime.
• Communicate with team members to sustain continuous production of correct product.
• Housekeeping and sanitation.
