Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a committed Production Operator to join an elite automotive manufacturing team on the Mississauga/Oakville border. You will operate state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring continuous production of high-quality parts in a collaborative environment.

Training will occur for 5–10 days on Day Shift (7am–3pm). The role offers weekly pay, potential for permanent employment after 6 months, and on-site amenities including a cafeteria and free parking.

Qualifications

• Steel-toed footwear is mandatory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Work in a warm/hot environment.
• Available for afternoon and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machines to produce quality parts.
• Load and unload parts into/out of machines and furnaces; adjust gauges as required.
• Monitor operation and report malfunctions to supervisors.
• Inspect parts for quality and complete necessary paperwork.
• Push and pull carts as needed; perform physical labor.
• Keep work area clean, organized and 5S compliant.
• Take finished products from machines and package into boxes.
