Job description

The Siding Site Superintendent is responsible for managing all aspects of siding installation on construction sites. This includes coordinating subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, maintaining schedules, and ensuring high quality workmanship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee day to day operations of the siding installation process, material deliveries, and coordinating with builders.
• Manage and supervise the siding crews on multiple sites, providing clear direction and training when needed.
• Ensure all work is completed to highest possible standards including completing QC checks daily.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards.
• Promote and attract new siding crews to the team.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

• At least 5 years experience working with all forms of exterior materials and previous supervisory roles.
• Leadership-Proven track record of leading a team of sub contractors
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, Problem solving skills, physical stamina,
• All safety tickets including first aid, fall protection, aerial man lifts are an asset but can be supplied.
