Job description

Join to apply for the Express Service Advisor role at Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Ontario.

The Express Service Advisor acts as the communication hub for service and repair activities, serving as the main contact between customers and technicians. This role involves understanding customer concerns, coordinating appropriate services, and managing expectations regarding service delivery. The advisor ensures customers are informed about necessary repairs and recommended maintenance, aiming for first-time right repairs delivered promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

The work schedule is typically:

  • Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm
  • Saturday 8 am to 4 pm

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, automotive training or experience, at least one year of dealer or large facility experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. ASE certification is a plus. Must work well in fast-paced team environments, possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a customer-focused attitude.

Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of automotive dealership experience, broad automotive knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual abilities, and a willingness to learn. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles are required.
