Job summary

The City of London is seeking a Partner Services and Experiential Tourism Assistant to support Tourism London members through partner servicing and industry development. This in-office role focuses on administering inquiries, coordinating events, and promoting local tourism experiences.

You will help build relationships with partners, assist with familiarization tours, manage digital content, and contribute to guest-focused promotions.

Qualifications

• Completion of a one-year certificate in Travel - Tourism Studies or Tourism - Travel Services Management or Equivalent.
• One year of related experience in travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Valid Driver's License - Class G is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Tourism London members through partner servicing and related development and marketing of London's tourism and hospitality industry.
• Assist Tourism London businesses to build, conduct and market tourism experiences, B2B opportunities, and industry development.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with Tourism London's partners, ensuring service needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
• Provide resources to partners to help optimize tourism offerings and stay up-to-date on local industry trends.
• Facilitate networking opportunities and collaborations between partners to enhance the tourism sector.
• Assist with development and coordination of industry familiarization tours.
• Collaborate with partners on training opportunities for experience development and partner relations.
• Provide updates to the Tourism London team on experiential tourism and promotions.
