Job summary

Muskoka Bay Resort in Gravenhurst, Ontario, is seeking an Experiences Ambassador to bring culture and fun to the resort through daily activities and exceptional guest service. You will be the first contact for amenities and help guests enjoy pool, sauna and recreation programs.

The role involves setting up activities, assisting with events, promoting resort offerings, and maintaining recreation spaces. Prior hospitality or customer-service experience is valued; energetic and flexible hours

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Experience working with children is an asset.
• Recreation experience preferred.
• Energetic and outgoing.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests to the pool area and assists with check-in and amenities bookings.
• Provide information about recreation facilities, activities, lessons and equipment.
• Set up and host daily recreational activities under supervision.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote resort offerings.
• Maintain pool and recreation areas, ensure cleanliness and supplies.
• Enforce rules and promote utilization of activities.
• Assist in retail store with stocking and merchandise.
