Job summary

Securitas Canada is hiring multiple Security Supervisor positions in Ottawa to oversee daily security operations, staff the main desk, and coordinate access control, CCTV, and incident response.

You will supervise site teams, complete incident and daily reports, and use WFM scheduling to optimize staffing. Strong communication and independence are essential; availability for 24/7 coverage may be required for training or shift coverage. Competitive hourly pay offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret security clearance.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and workforce coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
• Familiar with CCTV and access control systems and WFM scheduling software.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform physical patrols and contractor escort duties.

Responsibilities

• Must be available 24/7 if needed for training or shift coverage

Securitas Canada is hiring for multiple Security Supervisor positions with varying operational requirements. Available schedules include Monday to Friday, continental rotations, 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, day, afternoon, and overnight shifts, as well as weekend coverage, depending on the site and operational requirements.
