Job summary

DRIVEN Auto Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to help keep our inventory organized, our deliveries on schedule, and our deal paperwork complete.

You’ll work closely with our sales, finance, service, and detailing teams to ensure every vehicle—and every customer—is ready for delivery. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys variety and follows through with ownership.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive with strong communication across departments.
• Comfortable with data entry and learning dealership software.
• Experience with inventory, delivery coordination, or funding is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Inventory: stock vehicles, verify VINs, mileage, and documents, keep records up to date.
• Delivery: track vehicles through sale to delivery, ensure inspections and prep are complete.
• Coordinate licensing and delivery documents with relevant teams.
• Review deal files for completeness, and assist with lender funding documentation.
• Maintain organized digital files and protect customer information.

DRIVEN Auto Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to help keep our inventory organized, our deliveries on schedule, and our deal paperwork complete.

You’ll work closely with our sales, finance, service, and detailing teams to ensure every vehicle—and every customer—is ready for delivery. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and follows through without needing constant reminders.

What You’ll Do

Vehicle Inventory

Stock incoming vehicles into our dealership system accurately and promptly.

Verify VINs, mileage, vehicle details, keys, and ownership documents.

Keep inventory records and vehicle status updates current.

Coordinate with service and detailing to move vehicles through preparation.

Delivery Coordination

Track sold vehicles from sale through delivery, keeping everyone informed of outstanding items.

Confirm inspections, repairs, detailing, accessories, and other promised items are completed.

Coordinate required licensing and delivery documents with the appropriate team members.

Check that vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for the customer’s scheduled pickup.

Flag delays early and follow up until they are resolved.

Review deal files for completeness, accuracy, and required signatures.

Collect and organize documents required for lender funding and internal compliance.

Work with Finance Managers to resolve missing or incorrect paperwork.

Track outstanding funding requirements and follow up promptly.

Maintain organized digital files and handle customer information confidentially.

Who You Are

Dealership administration, inventory, delivery coordination, or funding experience is an asset.
