As a Special Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing incoming credit applications, structuring finance approvals, and providing customers with a transparent, supportive, and solutions‑focused process. You will work closely with lenders, Sales Consultants, and internal departments to ensure successful outcomes and a seamless customer experience.
Review and analyze credit applications and credit bureau reports
Build deal structures tailored to individual customer profiles
Communicate with lenders to secure approvals and negotiate terms
Guide customers through income verification and documentation requirements
Present vehicle options and payment structures professionally and accurately
Maintain consistent follow‑up through CRM systems
Collaborate with Sales Consultants to finalize and deliver deals efficiently
Manage a high‑volume pipeline while maintaining accuracy and compliance
