Experienced National Property Claims Adjuster

We have exciting roles for Senior/Intermediate National Property Claims Adjusters in our Customer Response - Property team.

This role is hybrid, offering the flexibility of both remote and in-office work.

Responsibilities
  • Handle claim settlements via telephone, focusing on quality and customer service.
  • Work with property vendors to quantify claims and apply cost-saving guidelines.
  • Support claims demand in a call-center environment.
  • Investigate and negotiate property claims following company procedures.
  • Confirm coverage and compile FNOL information.
  • Ensure data accuracy and process payments.
  • Review reports, analyze estimates, and negotiate settlements.
  • Advise customers on claim status and provide excellent customer service.
  • Complete all correspondence efficiently, including critical documents.
  • Identify questionable claims, subrogation, and risk opportunities.
  • Review case law to determine liability.
  • Meet individual and team performance expectations.
  • Support policies on attendance and team success.
Qualifications
  • 2-8 years of property claims experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, or Punjabi is an asset.
  • Claims adjusting licenses are an asset.
Work Schedule

Must be able to work rotating shifts from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday availability if needed.
