TD Bank Group is seeking an IT Operations Analyst IV, Premier Support based onsite in Toronto. You will deliver white-glove, first-level technical support for TD Executives and staff, covering devices, applications, and productivity tools. Travel within Canada and the U.S. for executive meetings may be required.

The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to guide adoption of new technologies, with on-call rotations and a focus on high first-visit resolution rates.

Qualifications

• Superior written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules based on business needs.
• Advanced computing, troubleshooting, and navigation across enterprise tech environments.
• Outstanding customer service with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove, first-level technical support to TD Executives and staff.
• Support onsite and remote events; gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Travel within Canada and the U.S. for executive meetings and events.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with TD policies and framework.
• Educate executives on hardware, software, and access processes.
• Assist adoption of new tools and productivity enhancements.
• Diagnose and repair laptops and desktops.
• Prioritize incidents impacting executives with timely communication.
• Comply with Disaster Recovery and Business Recovery Plans.
