Job summary

Serv is hiring a full-time House Manager in Kelowna, BC to run the day-to-day of a high net-worth family household while the current Household Manager is on maternity leave. This role focuses on creating calm, organized systems behind the scenes for a busy family with two teenage boys, a dog, and a dynamic schedule.

You’ll partner with the family and support team, own household operations, pet and teen logistics, travel prep, events, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Experience in household management or similar fast-paced service role.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with vendors.
• Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Comfort with teens and pets.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Passport and legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily household operations and routines.
• Prepare light meals and manage groceries.
• Coordinate with cleaners and service providers.
• Manage school runs and after-school activities.
• Oversee travel, events, and hosting logistics.
• Maintain household manuals, SOPs, and vendor contacts.
• Track purchases and pay invoices.
